I am Nicole Cesar. I graduated from the University of Iowa in 2016. I have been working with children and their families in mental health since 2012. I spent 10+ years working for a non-profit organization before opening Helping Hearts Counseling. I have provided outpatient services in an office setting and have most recently provided school base services.
